Blogger by Google is a free blog hosting service.
Platform limitations though make it difficult to adhere to modern web design.
However skillful web developers can work around these limitations and sometimes
produce interesting designs.I checked at https://themeforest.net/category/blogging/blogger
and was pleasantly surprised.
